★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience. Ordered business cards on the 19th of Jan. Called on the 4th of Feb to see why I had not received them yet. Told that because I didn't add a post code the order would not be sent. My full address was in the details so a post code shouldn't be needed and no one bothered to reach out and say I wouldn't be getting the cards. Really disappointing with only option to cancel order and get a refund.

They are affordable and send out my orders quickly. Ordered shirts.. they came out exceptional.Waiting on my new ordered of hats ! Stay tuned. Update the hats came out ok. They are small but look great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered business cards on Sep 7. I paid for expedited service because I needed them by today, Sep 13, at the latest. I then made a separate order on Sep 11 for a different set of business cards. Someone at Vistaprint made an executive decision to delete my need for expedited service on the first order and decided that the first shipment could wait around to go with the second shipment that was ordered on the 11th. Why did I pay for expedited service if the company on a whim decided to take a liberty with my order, and my money, and decided that I really didn't need the cards by today - Sep 13. The extra shipping charges have been refunded, but here it is 11:25 pm and I do not have my business cards that were needed earlier today. It is wrong to take liberties with people's choices and money. When I check the expedited service box for one order, you need to fulfill my wishes and respect my wishes and do what I have hired you to do. Completely, 100% unacceptable. Stop taking liberties with people's wishes and hard earned money.
