V	Vladimír Vojta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oční ambulance je umístěna v suterénu polikliniky, ale cesta je jasně vyznačena. Visus má samostatnou recepci, takže si nově příchozí pacient nepřipadá nežádoucí. Ordinuje se ve čtyřech ordinacích pro v dospělé a min. v jedné ordinaci výhradně pro dětské pacienty. Rozhodně doporučuji navštívit. The eye clinic is located in the basement of the clinic, but the path is clearly marked. Visus has a separate reception, so the newly arrived patient does not feel unwanted. It is surgery in four surgeries for adults and min. in one surgery exclusively for pediatric patients. I definitely recommend visiting.
P	Pan Lorenc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak co je tohle za firmu? Hledám oční, koukám na recenze a tohle jakože nejlepší. Tak ok, super. Volám tam. Nic. Tak za půl hodiny znova. Nic. Za hodinu ještě jednou. Taky nic. Tak ok, zkusím jim ještě dát šanci a zavolám zas. Obsazeno. Tři minuty na to již volná linka a hádejte co? Nic! Ještě jsem to teda úplně nevzdal a zkoušel párkrát v průběhu následujících dní...a výsledek? Samozřejmě jsem se nikam nedovolal a jsem objednaný jinde. Akorát ztracený čas. Nechápu na co mají telefon, navíc jak jedinou formu kontaktu, když ho nedokáží zvednout. Tohle mi fakt vadí. Za mě nedoporučuji ? So what kind of company is this? I'm looking for the eye, I'm looking at reviews and this one as the best. So ok, great. I'm calling there. Nothing. So in half an hour again. Nothing. One more hour. Also nothing. Okay, I'll try to give them another chance and call again. Occupied. Three minutes on that, the line is free and guess what? Nothing! So I haven't completely given up yet and tried a few times over the next few days ... and the result? Of course I didn't call anywhere and I'm ordered elsewhere. Just lost time. M	Markéta Janischová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji. Snažila jsem se dceru objednat a předobjednat. Sestra naprosto nesympatická, nepříjemná a to má být sestra na dětském ?! Měla by změnit zaměstnání a jít se asi léčit, protože očividně na nějaké problémy.. podle toho jaké nám zkušenosti od ostatních tak je to pokaždé, když s ní mluví.. NEDOPORUČUJI !!! Ani tu jednu hvězdičku si nezaslouží, ale jinak by nešel přidat komentář. I absolutely do not recommend. I tried to order and pre-order my daughter. A nurse completely unsympathetic, unpleasant and should she be a nurse for a child ?! She should change her job and probably go for treatment, because obviously for some problems .. depending on our experience from others, so it is every time she talks to her .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! He doesn't deserve a single star, but otherwise he wouldn't be able to add a comment.

Mám žádanku pro dceru, protože jí často slzí očíčka s občas jí to bolí. Po telefonu nepříjemná sestra či doktorka jako kolik jí je a co jí je a co jako chceme a následně když jsem poprosila o termín objednání, tak řekne noo my máme plno do konce roku a típne telefon. Nechápu co to mělo znamenat a po téhle zkušenosti do Hradce už nikdy víc!!! Hlavně né na dětský. Prostě katastrofální přístup... The worst children's surgery ...! You can't call for two weeks, and when you're finally done, you'll be beaten that they don't have the time and that what you want. I have a request for my daughter because her eyes often tear and sometimes it hurts. An unpleasant nurse or doctor on the phone like how old she is and what she is like and what we want, and then when I asked for an order date, she says noo we are full by the end of the year and the phone type. I do not understand what it was supposed to mean and after this experience in Hradec never again !!! Especially not for children. Just a disastrous approach ...

Neochota odpovídat na dotazy a hlavně, nemožnost vybrat si konkrétního lékaře, je zapotřebí se obrnit trpělivostí, než se dovoláte. V dnešní době telefonické objednávání? Bohužel proti své vůli musím dát jednu hvězdu, jinak se příspěvek nezveřejní. I have the same experience with the nurse approach. Reluctance to answer questions and most importantly, the inability to choose a particular doctor, you need to be patient before you call. Nowadays, telephone ordering? Unfortunately, I have to give one star against my will, otherwise the post will not be published.
