I would like to thank the staff and the kitchen for the great approach to the family celebration, they were helpful, nice and accommodated with everything. We were very satisfied, I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a place to celebrate or a similar event.

Hello, today my friends and I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. However, I have to share a strongly negative experience. It started with an order, when the waitress gradually turned us down with various items from the currency, we wanted frisco-wasn't, we wanted mayonnaise-was-no, hot chocolate-wasn't, then cola light-wasn't. Do you really have the urge to have such a "rich" menu when you don't even have a third of things in stock? We also ordered steak + fries (with cheese), I was a little worried when they brought us fries sprinkled with cheese, one would expect the cheese to be at least a little baked on the fries, that the chef will work with it, but nothing, that's little thing. But now for the steak itself, the waitress asked us if we wanted a medium, heavily baked, etc., everyone chose something different and the result? We all got the same, ok, that's still a small thing, one survives. But what about the taste and juiciness? Steak without juice, in the cut no sign of freshness (red color), the taste strange-sum of the sum is clear, it was pulled meat from the freezer (after a long time stored). I understand that people probably do not order it here, however, it was the most expensive item on the menu (380 CZK), so stocks could change and old meat can be thrown away and not saved for a customer who will know it anyway. . The interior is really nice, cozy, so it's a shame those things. I would also like to mention the children's corner, which is absolutely not suitable here, the waitress directed us to the table next to him, as the only vacancy. This also didn't work and it hurts the restaurant, why isn't it separated by a room? It is really annoying to eat (talk) when children are yelling in your ears a meter away. Of course, this is not the fault of the staff, but of the stupid parents, who do not think of taking roaring children for a while, when they see that someone next to her is not interested. I give the star a nice interior and chili sauce to the steak, which was the only one that succeeded, but for the money it really is weakness and shame.

Last week we had a secret round birthday celebration in the restaurant and I would also like to thank you in this way for an absolutely great and above-standard service. The service was nice, and although we didn't always order drinks at once and met gradually, they didn't say a word and patiently went upstairs with one cola or beer. We were satisfied with the food, soft drinks and alkali, they were even able to bring all the snacks at the last minute half an hour earlier. Everything was great, delicious, we really enjoyed it. We all agreed that we never ate a better tartare (the first huge batch disappeared within 10 minutes, we had to order the second). Thank you for everyone

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, we arrived for lunch on Saturday at 13:15, after which we were told that the kitchen is just stop, as it delivers food to guests from the event and it will take about 40 minutes. So we ordered a drink and said we would wait. At 14:00 they told us that they had a lot and they would be serving food on the terrace in an hour and a half. So I must say, if you want to eat on Saturday around lunch, be sure to forget the Vital Restaurant.

We like the restaurant there is great food and we also like to go bowling. It's a pity that when we arrived today at 7:05 we were told that we have to order food quickly because it doesn't cook from 19:30, the ladies who came after us 19:38 couldn't order anymore, but the opening hours on the internet are written until 22:00 Apart from this, no complaints, all great.
