M	Martin Bálint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěli jsme stavět moderní pasivní dům nedaleko Brna a projekt chtěli svěřit zkušeným architektům a projektantům. A trefili jsme dobře. Architekti pan Krč a slečna Staffová připravili studii, která přesně splňovala naše požadavky. Projevili přitom nekonečnou trpělivost s našimi dotazy a změnami :-) Projektanti pan Kubíček a Doležal si dali moc záležet na kvalitě projektu a promyšlenosti domu. Nadále nás pak podporovali během stavby, na stavbu dohlíželi a pomohli ji po 1,5 roce dotáhnout do úspěšného konce. I teď, po 2 letech co v domku bydlíme, se o něj zajímají a jsou rádi za každou zpětnou vazbu. Takto si představuji dokonale odvedenou práci a zájem o klienta. Až budu stavět znovu, pak s tímto atelierem. We wanted to build a modern passive house near Brno and wanted to entrust the project to experienced architects and designers. And we hit well. The architects, Mr. Krč and Miss Staff, prepared a study that exactly met our requirements. At the same time, they showed endless patience with our inquiries and changes :-) Designers Mr. Kubíček and Doležal were very keen on the quality of the project and the thoughtfulness of the house. They continued to support us during construction, supervised the construction and helped to complete it after 1.5 years. Even now, after 2 years of living in the house, they are interested in it and are happy for every feedback. In this way I imagine a perfectly done job and interest in a client. Vyzkoušeli jsme několik firem včetně těch, které dodávají hotové projektové dokumentace typových domů, až jsme nakonec náhodou zašli i do Vize Ateliér - a už jsme dále nehledali. Na první schůzce nás překvapilo velmi milé jednání a vystupování zástupců Vize Ateliér a co víc, dokonale jsme si rozuměli v našich představách. Následná spolupráce s Ing. Kubíčkem byla perfektní, věcná a hlavně velmi rychlá. Nyní máme vypracovanou studii a na jejím základě kompletní projektovou dokumentaci a chystáme se pod dozorem Ing. Kubíčka na stavbu svépomocí. Všem kteří uvažují o stavbě či rekonstrukci domu vřele doporučuji navštívit Vize Ateliér a alespoň zjistit co tam umí - a je to ho opravdu hodně :-) We were looking for a suitable supplier of project documentation for the construction of our family house. We tried several companies, including those that supply ready-made project documentation of type houses, until we eventually went to the Vision Studio - and we did not look any further. At the first meeting we were surprised by the very nice meeting and performance of the representatives of the Vision Studio and, moreover, we perfectly understood each other in our imagination. Subsequent cooperation with Ing. Kubicek was perfect, factual and above all very fast. Now we have prepared a study and based on it complete project documentation and we are preparing under the supervision of Ing. Kubíček for self-construction. To all who are thinking about building or reconstruction of the house I highly recommend to visit Vision Studio and at least find out what he can do there - and it is really a lot :-)

Stála hodně sil a času, ale nakonec jsme se rozhodli, že postavíme pasivní dům. Hledali jsme firmu z Brna a okolí, která by měla s pasivními domy zkušenosti a dokázala nám ve všem poradit a našli jsme! Vize Ateliér pod vedením pana inženýra Kubíčka se o nás komplexně postaral. Oceňujeme profesionální přístup, hluboké znalosti, trpělivost vše opakovaně vysvětlit, milou komunikaci, přizpůsobivost v termínech schůzek, kvalitu práce. Vize Ateliér můžeme vřele doporučit. Od hotového projektu k postavenému domu je ještě daleko, ale jsme rádi, že na počátku stál právě V.A. The way from the idea of building a house to the project we are now holding was not easy. It took a lot of power and time, but in the end we decided to build a passive house. We were looking for a company from Brno and its surroundings that would have experience with passive houses and could help us in everything and we found! Díky kvalitní a detailní projektové dokumentaci, vstřícnému přístupu projektantů k našim dotazům jsme byli schopni postavit dům z velké části svépomocí, získat bez problému dotaci a hlavně mít dům, ve kterém jsme spokojeni. Thanks to the high-quality and detailed project documentation, the helpful approach of the designers to our inquiries, we were able to build the house for the most part by ourselves, get a subsidy without any problems and especially have a house in which we are satisfied. Oceňujeme kvalitně a detailně zpracovanou projektovou dokumentaci, podporu při vyřizování povolení stavby, pomoc s žádostí o dotaci NZÚ a pomoc s výběrem dodavatelů. Nejvíce si ceníme toho, že Vize Ateliér nás doprovází celým procesem stavby domu od architektonické studie až po finální kolaudaci a během stavby pohlídá, aby bylo vše provedeno precizně. Prošli jsme si spolu fázi studie, projektování, kolečko na úřadech. Nyní dokončujeme realizaci pasivního domu také pod přísným dohledem Ing. Kubíčka. Jejich služby mohu jen doporučit. Stavbu vidí jako celek s vazbami na jednotlivé subsystémy a časovou sousledností. Pro pasivní dům je nejdůležitější kvalitní a obsáhlý projekt, ten jsme u Vize Ateliér dostali, a nádavkem i úsměv a ujištění, že to na stavbě dobře dopadne.
