After a client of her partner’s (Ondrej Hair Design) expressed her dissatisfaction with her most recent haircut on a closed forum where we share recommendations for things like hair stylists, Vladka Volf of Hair by Vladka called out the client in a rude and unprofessional way. I would never step foot in this salon if I thought I might be spoken to like this. I’m bewildered that someone in a professional setting would try to belittle and intimidate their customers. I would not let this person work on or for me in any capacity. I will post the complaint, which I believe is made respectfully without mention of the salon or stylist’s name, as well as the reply by Vladka where she insists that the result is “100% OK” and suggests the client should perhaps see a doctor instead of a hair stylist. Client’s original post: I went to have my hair cut yesterday by someone who has been recommended multiple times in this group. Unfortunately, they have completely ruined my hair. I'm so upset, my hair looks so ugly and I'm angry I paid a lot for a haircut and it's not what I asked for at all. They way they cut it was messy and there are horrible short bits all over my hair which I specifically said I did want. It's going to take years for it to grow back and I'm so upset. Would you ladies think it's ok to contact the person to ask for a refund? I don't want it "correcting" because that will just mean cutting more hair off which I do not want. I'm so upset :( Vladka Volf’s reply: Dear Tori, because I know you were in our salon and because I know you are a very problematic client and you got the best care from Ondrej ...I am not afraid to say that you were in our salon!!! ? From the beginning you said that no one would cut well your hair, even in another country :)) in this case your problem is elsewhere and you have to deal with a someone else maybe a doctor, not a hairdresser unfortunately. Ondrej gave you maximum professional care! It is not easy to take care of a customer who is negative from the beginning and dissatisfied with all the hairdressers before. But we are professional and we ❤️ our work and our clients ? Unfortunately, don't expect a refund. The result was 100% OK.
