★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný zážitek, ze salonu jsem odešla s pláčem. Barvení mých vlasů skončilo zacuchanými vlasy, respektive regulérním dredem, který mi kadeřník záhadným způsobem z vlasů vytvořil a nedokázal jej rozcesat. Leda ustřihnout, což pro mne dva týdny před svatbou nebylo řešením! Odešla jsem do jiného kadeřnictví, kde mi vlasy po 3 hodinách práce zachránili.
Třešničkou na dortu je komunikace, respektive nekomunikace salonu. Ani po třech týdnech jsem neobdržela žádnou omluvu, náhradu škody a majitelka rozhodně s řešením problému nespěchá, naopak mi dává najevo, že pro ni poškozený zákazník není priorita...

Even after three weeks, I did not receive any apology, compensation for damage and the owner is definitely not in a hurry to solve the problem, on the contrary, she makes it clear to me that the injured customer is not a priority for her ...
