★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před dvěma měsíci přijel vyměřit rámeček ke krbové vložce s tím, že do dvou týdnů bude rámeček hotov. Po dvou měsících, několika urgencích stále rámeček nemáme a po mém posledním dotazu, jestli si z nás náhodou nedělá legraci se do telefonu jen pousmál a bez jakéhokoliv pozdravu zavěsil. O tom, že by se někdy za zdržení omluvil, nemá cenu ani psát. Prostě je to jen automat na sliby a lži.
