Our tenants love us

Our 1000+ tenant network has a 92% retention rate, and 85% of our new business comes from our existing tenant network. This means that as they grow, we grow. And they choose to grow with us. One reason is that we are a build-to-own developer, which means that when we build something, we build it to the highest quality standards to ensure that it lasts: our buildings have an average lifespan of 40 years. Everything we deliver is from our in-house team to guarantee that it lives up to the CTP gold standard. We look after our buildings and parks with full-service care—including on-site facility managers, landscaping, 24/7 security and more—to enable our tenants to focus on what they do best.

Growth that keeps growing

We have 24 years of organic and uninterrupted growth, and each year we seem to grow even more than the last. Today we are a top-five European industrial and logistics real estate developer and the leader in CEE, and we’re meeting our targets to expand our portfolio to 10 million m² by 2022. Although we’re market leaders in CEE, we continue to grow within the region while expanding to new markets.

Sustainability for the win

With all this robust growth we place a premium on using industry-leading standards and the best innovations to ensure that our parks run with maximum efficiency and with the least environmental impact. Every square metre of our portfolio is BREEAM certified “Very Good” and higher; we’re installing photovoltaic systems on our roofs to energise our parks and feed back into the main grid; and we consistently harness the latest technologies and methods to help reduce the size of our parks’ environmental footprint, including with state-of-the-art building management systems and circular-economy solutions.
