Dveře jsem po týdnu musel vybourat a usadit si je znova sám. (nešli ani dovřít, chyceno turbošrouby!! přímo do spár mezi cihly (3ze4) a z druhé strany pouze pěna!) - výsledkem jsou zničená futra. Dnes už se dveřní rámy chytají na spony a neprovrtávají se. Doba dodání taktéž dlouhá - cca 50 dní. Děkuji již nikdy více tuto firmu. Na reklamaci přišel totiž stejný člověk, který ty dveře vyměřoval a montoval. Access to complaints is like socialism. Na jedné straně je mezi dveřmi a stěnou 2 cm mezera (toto bylo již jednou reklamováno, kdy do mezery přilepili oboustrannou lepící páskou dřevěnou lištu). A teď po necelých 2 letech provozu se zárubně začaly rozpadat a sesedat, až dveře začaly drhnout o podlahu. Dnes při pokusu o reklamaci nám byl doporučeno, ať si přišroubujeme zárubně vruty ke stěně. Pan Budáč odmítl jakoukoliv reklamaci přijmout s tím, že jsou křivé stěny a že dveře takto vypadají vlivem používání. Ačkoliv si před montáží vše měřil. Bohužel to vypadá, že věc budeme muset řešit soudní cestou. Totally disastrous processing of door frames.
