I had a problem with a transmitter drowned in a stream. They helped me while you wait, very helpful. Dogtrace is 6 years old and treads super. I recommend.

D	David Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spolecnost VNT electronics se nachazi kousek od centra Lanskrouna. Mame elektricky obojek Dog Trace a po roce uzivani byl mechanicky poskozen drzak vysilace. Jelikoze jsem mel cestu kolem, tak jsem zvolil osobni servis misto postovneho. Hned u vchodu mne velice mile privitali, v doprovodu provedli celou firmou az k servisu, kde mi sdelili, ze na pockani (cca 35 minut) jsou vysilac schopni opravit. Cena byla oproti vyrobku zanedbatelna. Vrele doporucuji ! VNT electronics is located close to the center of Lanskroun. We have an electric Dog Trace collar and after a year of use, the transmission holder was mechanically damaged. Since I had a way around, I chose personal service instead of postage. Right at the entrance, they greeted me very nicely, accompanied by the whole company and to the service, where they told me that they were able to repair the transmitter while they waited (about 35 minutes). The price was negligible compared to the product. I warmly recommend !

V pondělí jsem zaslal k opravě a v pátek jsem měl opravený obojek zpět ve svých rukách a bez jakéhokoli doplatku nebo placení. Velice si vážím takovéto poctivosti, rychlosti a přístupu k zákazníkovi. Moc touto cestou děkuji a všem ostatním mohu jen tuto firmu doporučit. Very reliable company. After four years of using the training collar, I needed to replace the display. On Monday I sent for repair and on Friday I had the repaired collar back in my hands and without any surcharge or payment. I really appreciate such honesty, speed and approach to the customer. VNT je dobrý zaměstnavatel, který dělá kvalitní produkty v oblasti výcviku a sledování psů a elektronické ohradníky. Pokud o něčem uvažujete, zavolejte a odborníci Vám poradí a nabídnou nejlepší variantu produktu. Běhá Vám pes přes záhony. Kupte neviditelný plot a pes pokud půjde za tento "plot" dostane upozornění aby tam nechdil. Štěká Vám doma pes když jste v práci a sousedí si trhaji vlasy? Kupte mu obojek proti štěkání. Opravdu to funguje. Máte slepice a kuna vám je likviduje? Udělejte si ohradu do které se pulzně pouští vysoké napětí az 10000 Voltu a nejen kuna už se neodváží obtěžovat vaše slepičky. Vše je bezpečné a vše je certifikováno s platnými normami. Google keeps telling me how you liked VNT electronics.
