Pane Bohaty, za nas mate velike plus, jednani, rychlost a spolehlivost.

 We invited Mr. Bohate to replace the boiler and even though we paid the deposit, Mr. Bohaty arrived at the agreed deadline for installation and everything went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Bohatý je velice ochotný, ale bere si nemalé peníze za polovičatou práci (dělá práci jen na půl a druhou půlku práce nahradí sliby a ujištěním, že takhle je to plně dostačující).
Po pozvání druhého instalatéra aby práci po panu Bohatém dodělal, bylo řečeno že dosavadní práci snad nemohl dělat instalatér, prý fušeřina, co by kuchař udělal lépe!
Po mé zkušenosti pana (rádoby instalatéra) Bohatého NEDOPORUČUJI!!!
Mr. Bohatý is very willing, but he takes a lot of money for half the work (he only does the work for half and replaces the other half with promises and assurances that this is fully sufficient).
After inviting the second plumber to finish the work after Mr. Bohatý, it was said that the plumber could not do the work so far, supposedly a fuss, what would the chef do better!
In my experience, I do NOT RECOMMEND Mr. (a plumber) to Rich !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Bohatý si převzal nemalou zálohu v hotovosti, práce mu však byly uhrazeny v plné výši převodem na účet. Při žádosti o vrácení zálohy sice slíbil vrácení této hotovosti, ale již nekomunikuje a nebere telefony. Předáno vymahačské agentuře.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Bohatý byl objednán na montáž plynového kotle včetně revizí. Peníze chtěl dopředu. Mělo mě to varovat, že když někdo chce peníze předem, zřejmě ví proč, jelikož práci neodvede a okrade zákazníka. Pan Bohatý nedal izolace k trubkám od plynu, tudíž není možné získat revizi bez nákladného bourání celého bytu. Podotýkám, že izolace stojí desítky korun, ale náklady na dodělání jsou obrovské. Stále se vymlouval, že nemůže dorazit, aby práci dodělal. Pan Bohatý si vzal peníze dopředu za práci, kterou neodvedl, poškodil nás a způsobil obrovské škody. Důrazně nedoporučuji!

Mr. Bohatý did not provide insulation to the gas pipes, so it is not possible to get an overhaul without costly demolition of the entire apartment. I note that the insulation costs tens of crowns, but the cost of finishing is huge. He kept making excuses that he couldn't come to finish the job. Mr. Rich took money ahead of time for work he did not do, damaged us and caused enormous damage. I strongly do not recommend!
