(I'm posting this review for a friend who doesn't have a google account of her own to share her experience with the business) If you want to stay without heating and hot water in winter, feel free to choose this company. My experience is that even in the summer, well in advance, we ordered them to repair the distribution of pipes and dripping valves. They arrived and did the work in part, adding that they would deliver other ordered items and put everything into operation for us (it was summer) so that we could drown. Summer was over, so we started urging the plumbers because they didn't show up. At first they didn't pick up the phone at all, until after many emergencies they finally picked it up for us and promised us that they would definitely call when they arrived and put the heating into operation. Unfortunately, they promised us this several more times in a row, you probably won't offend according to the motto Promise. In the meantime, another month passed and no one arrived. And October came and it cooled down sharply. We called again, because of course we were cold, but this time absolutely no response. They don't pick up the phone, they don't write to email. Long live the beautiful winter in the house. It shocks me that someone promises something so important, splits it and then lets the customer freeze freely and even blocks him by falsely promising him that he will finish the job so that the customer does not order competition for the job. It's appalling and unreliable.
