★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi příjemný a profesionální přistup. Líbilo se mi hlavně, že vysvětlí problém i pro laijky a nevnucují nic o co zákazník nemá zájem.
 Very pleasant and professional approach. I especially liked that they explain the problem even for laymen and do not force anything that the customer is not interested in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přecházeli jsme z O2 do Vodafonu a přechod byl bez problémů. Během týdne jsme byli u Vodafonu. Pracovnice byla velmi příjemná a bylo to velmi rychlé.
We switched from O2 to Vodafone and the transition was without problems. We were at Vodafone during the week. The worker was very nice and it was very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přešel jsem k této firmě díky tomu ze převzala UPC. Dokud nepotřebujete s nimi neco řešit a vše funguje je to OK. V opačném případě tragédie...nezajem, arogance, jednání hranicí se šmejdy...3 měsíce nejsou schopni řešit technické problémy....problémy při výpovědi smluv .... doufám ze už nikdy vice
I switched to this company thanks to the fact that it took over UPC. Until you need to deal with them and everything works, it's OK. Otherwise, tragedy ... I'm not interested, arrogance, dealing with the border ... 3 months are not able to solve technical problems .... problems in terminating contracts .... I hope never again
