Telefony s podobnými lidmi si s oblibou nahrávám a tedy rám dám k poslechu výše zmiňovaného pána.
VaK by si měl zaměstnance možná proškolit a nebo aspoň kontrolovat. Možná by prospěla i investice do personálu v podobě školení asertivního jednání.
Jednání tohoto člověka se ani po několika letech jeho působení nezměnila. Bydlí kdesi na Malé Bělé, naštěstí ves není nikterak velká.
