Rolety se do týdne po montáži zasekly a nejdou spustit dolů. Uběhly 3 měsíce a technik na opravu stále nepřijel. Na centrále personál velice nepříjemný a arogantní. Přístup k zákazníkovi se velice změnil jakmile obdrželi vyfakturované peníze.
Příště bych volil firmu s větší historií a více zkušenostmi.
Functional, but pray they don't break. There is no warranty service.
The blinds got stuck within a week after installation and could not be lowered. Three months passed and the technician still did not come to the repair. At the headquarters staff very unpleasant and arrogant. The approach to the customer changed a lot once they received the invoiced money.
Next time I would choose a company with more history and more experience.
