★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nemožné se dovolat, v kterýkoli den, v kteroukoli dobu. Nikdy. Pošlete-li mail, týden uplyne a nic se neděje. Naprosto otřesné služby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto těžký nezájem, místo pomoci na pobočce paní odkáže na callcentrum nebo email. Telefon nefunkční x měsíců. Díky vaší péči o zákazníky musím měnit pojištovnu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olomoucká pobočka by mohla zapracovat na chování ke klientům. Paní evidentně obtěžovala má návštěva, a jednání typu no co chceš, ukaž, to nejde, takže naschle, aniž by zkusila se pořádně podívat zda to jde. Evidentně příspěvky vyplácí ze svých peněz ?♀️ Ono to totiž nakonec šlo, ale jen díky milému a ochotnému jednání na pobočce v Prostějově, protože tam je paní velice ochotná,milá a vstřícná a hlavně poradí! Takže si raději z Olomouce zajedu do Prostějova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak dnes mě vyhodili už u vchodu že mají zavřeno přitom v karanténních opatřeních mají každé pondělí a středu od 8:00-13:00. Těžký nezájem!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Něco strašného. Volám už 2 dny na uvedená čísla, ale nemohu se dovolat. Jen mi říkají, že čekací doba může být delší, protože mají hodně hovorů. To jsem ještě nezažil. Nebýt u nich registrovaný, nikdy bych se neregistroval. Při představě, že to tak bude vždy, když budu cokoliv potřebovat, mě jímá hrůza.
Something terrible. I've been calling the numbers for 2 days, but I can't call. They just tell me that the waiting time may be longer because they have a lot of calls. I haven't experienced that yet. If I were not registered with them, I would never register. The thought that this will always be the case when I need anything makes me terrified.
