Vpusť Rudolfovy štoly - Letná

The collection facility of Rudolf's adit is located in the reservoir of the Helmov weir, in a yellow plastered house (the so-called havírna), between the Čech and Štefánik bridges, where there is a sluice mechanism, which regulated the inflow of water into the adit. The route runs under Letenské sady and Nad štolou Street, then under Letenské náměstí, Čechová Street and the upper part of Královská obora to the water house near the former Šlecht restaurant. The adit runs about 45 meters below the terrain and today's buildings of Letná, has an ovoid profile, height from two to four meters, width from 90 to 150 centimeters. It is embossed, the ends are surrounded by bricks, the bottom is covered with ceramic gutters. It was minted between 1589 and 1593. Together with the guard and water house, it is a technical cultural monument registered in the state list before 1988. The Rudolf Tunnel collection facility is located in the wells of Helmovský weir, in a yellow plastered house, between the Čech´s and Štefánik´s bridges, where there is a mechanism of water-gates controlling the inflow of water into the tunnel. The route is under Letenské sady and below Letenské náměstí, Čechova Street and the upper part of the park "Královská obora" up to the water house near the former Šlechta´s restaurant. The tower is about 45 meters below the terrain, it has an oval profile, height from two to four meters, width from 90 to 150 centimeters. It is mined, the ends are walled with bricks, covered by ceramic troughs. It was excavated between 1589 and 1593. Together with the guard and water house, it is a technical cultural monument registered in the state list before 1988.

Rudolf's tunnel was built in the 16th century as a tunnel for supplying the Royal Game Preserve with water - now known Stromovka. The tunnel is 1098 meters long and overcomes the elevation difference of 110 cm. Next to the gully there is a small house.
