★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha neumí při zpoždění použít staniční rozhlas, rovněž neumí vykázat osoby žebrajíci o peníze. Perličkou na závěr je jen story s chlapem ležícím hubou k zemi o kterého personál jen překračovat... O tom že je rok 2019 a nedá se platit kartou ani nemluvim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádražní budova je o něco lepší a hezčí než v Paskově, avšak vše ostatní - katastrofa. Jelikož se nádraží nachází ihned vedle papíren je zde špína a hluk, lístky se zde dají koupit avšak pouze s hotovostí, často jsou zde nepřizpůsobiví občané a okolí by taky mohlo být lepší. Oceňuji tedy snad jen skvělé autobusové spojení od nádraží, kde se pravidelně střídají spoje do Ostravy, Frýdku, Horní Datyně nebo Řepiště. Také je dobré vyzdvihnout fakt, že nedaleko je hypermarket, dobrá je též vzdálenost od centra (pěšky je to na náměstí asi 20 minut chůze).
The station building is a bit better and nicer than in Paskov, but everything else - a disaster. Since the station is located right next to the paper mills, there is dirt and noise, tickets can be bought here, but only with cash, there are often inadaptable citizens and the surroundings could be better. So I appreciate perhaps only the great bus connection from the station, where there are regular alternating connections to Ostrava, Frýdek, Horní Datyně or Řepiště. It is also good to highlight the fact that there is a hypermarket nearby, the distance from the center is also good (it is about a 20-minute walk to the square on foot).
