Accommodation - spacious and clean room, and armchairs comfortable. We were satisfied with breakfast, delicious flake porridge. Nice portions with half board. Nice price at the lunch menu. The food was delicious. Pleasant service, very nice lady at the reception.

For the several times since I've been here, it's always different, but just as annoying. After finishing the game for 1 hour, we wanted to extend the game by another half hour, it is said that this is not possible, we had to pay and start a new game. So we started the next game, but we were charged 4 more shoes. When I came to the attendant after the game, that they had written in 2 shoes, she was annoying and told me that she had to pay for it on her own and that we should have come earlier. No excuse, nothing. How were we supposed to know that it wouldn't occur to the staff that we still had the same shoes? Then we went bowling again, it was a much more pleasant service, I had no reservations and I was curious if it would last. Last visit: We were told that we can only play bowling until 19, that then the tracks will be repaired or something. And we were told that the tracks could go crazy. We played for about an hour and a half, but since then there was no track at all for half an hour, the skittles sometimes did not appear in full numbers, the tracks got stuck. We were moved from one track to another several times. Well, we just played 1:00 from 1:30. The waitress didn't come to us at all, so we always had to go tell her that the track didn't work. She usually came, but within 10 minutes. Otherwise, she didn't ask us if we didn't want anything else until about 5 minutes before the end of the playing time, which was a bit late. In an hour and a half, apart from the call due to a malfunctioning track, she never came to see us. I'd rather not even comment on willingness. After the game, I said that we basically didn't play for half an hour at all and that I would like to pay only an hour. I was told that she had told us that the tracks would not work and that we should have reckoned with that and that she could not return the money to us because there was no leader there. So if we only played for 5 minutes, would we have to pay the whole 1.5 hours too? If you can, you should avoid and go to Žďár to the Sauna, for example, there are both tracks and service and, moreover, pleasant.

As nice, the selection of beer but nothing much and the food really so average, maybe even below average. Terribly large portions. the restaurant is 20 to 30 years back, it doesn't inspire, it doesn't offend. Why we always return there is a playground for children, a trampoline. The service is also nice ...

Stay September 13 - 18, 2021. Nice accommodation - room with table and lamp. Very helpful staff. Pleasant environment. Rich breakfast buffet. Delicious dinner with half board. An ideal place for trips to the surroundings by bike! We will definitely be back !!!

Excellent cuisine, decent service, very friendly staff headed by an always smiling manager.

Accommodation clean, basic, cheap. Ideal background for sports activities around the city. The food took us back 30 years, no great gastronomy-matter to survive. Buffet breakfast standard. The restaurant staff under pressure quite clumsy and uninterested. Pension staff very helpful.
