Last but not least, the constant reminder poisons the owners of the apartment so much that in the end they stop wanting anything they want, which suits them best. It strikes you that under these circumstances they may still exist on the market.

Those who gave me all five stars must be their family members or members of this company, otherwise it is not possible. Every judge will take his feet on their shoulders as soon as possible. Bad work, reluctance, lack of interest, long-term failure to fulfill its obligations - objective evaluation !!! Does anyone know of any other housing administration here in Vyškov? It is enough if it works at 30%, it will still be better than the company Vrtílek.

In my experience, this company is very unfair to its clients. Take great care of them. They are not interested in the needs of apartment owners, in the negotiations both executives are rude, they are not interested in satisfying the owners in anything. You have a feeling here that ordinary workers know nothing at all or cannot, and they refer you only to Mr. Peloušek. From the negotiations in a single year, I have the feeling that Mr. Peloušek is doing absolutely what he wants and even that he is not telling the truth or adjusting it as it suits him. But woe to you if you let him know. She starts yelling at you on the phone, just like Ms. Peloušková, and she puts the phone on you when they don't have an answer or an argument to your question, or they can't justify their unfair actions - a personal experience! Houses like ours are most suitable for them, WHERE THERE IS NO SVJ COMMITTEE, no one speaks to him in any way, because he can't, there is no other opinion than his, there is NO CONTROL, NO FEEDBACK, NO TRANSPARENCY. He himself - or his only person - holds the SVJ committee, so he controls "SELF." Which is definitely not a good thing! He is able to easily increase payments from month to month by more than 200%, telling you that the others wanted it, but you have no way of knowing if the "Others" really wanted it, because you do not know each other and he will refuse to let you know if you write him a suggestion to improve something and ask him to send your suggestion to "the others", he promises you it, but he will NOT do it, because the current situation suits him. He just does what he wants. God, let's recover. Or have we all lost our brains? He avoids passing on contact to another landlord so that you can't agree on anything, or pass on experiences and opinions as is common in other houses and only for the benefit of homeowners. It smells something very bad to me! In our lifetime, we have not really encountered such conduct by the housing administration. There would be a need for in-depth inspection more than pr-s gossiping!

The known answers are: I would like to help you, but understand, I can't. We have always had good relationships with people, they have not hurt anyone unless we have helped. Mr. Peloušek cannot stand another opinion, he manipulates people. We were literally shocked by his furious anger when he proves that he does not work for the benefit of apartment owners, but vice versa. Unfortunately, we will have to warn potential new owners about such a meeting, take into account the discount, because such housing reports are a big handicap for the apartment. As we have life slowly behind us, the situation is rather unhappy at the moment, we feel polite to warn others to consider carefully when buying an apartment and what housing administration they belong to. I am writing this review on behalf of property owners who do not have access to computers.

Nice day everyone. I'm not used to writing reviews, in this case I can't. We bought an apartment from the developer, unfortunately already with the administration of Vrtílek s.r.o, and to make matters worse, even with the appointed chairman of the committee of the owners' association, who was again the head of this administration, Mr. Peloušek. I remind you that he is not the owner of any apartment or garage, ie a complete stranger, a single person holds all important positions and functions for our house in the area of ​​decision-making and managing our money, without limiting the upper amount, as it must be by law. Until this time, we have always met with a three-member committee of owners to ensure direct care of the house and multi-member control of the entire economy - approval of the legitimacy of paid invoices, adequacy of funds issued, control of housing management, etc. After all, it is not possible for everything to be done by a single person without any control over anything. The situation in our country seems completely absurd to the absolute NON-TRANSPARENCY of the whole economy, when ONLY ONE FOREIGN MAN - NON-OWNER of anything handles our funds entirely according to his will and his decision and I am surprised that the developer admitted this at all and the owners joined this system. We bought an apartment when the house worked like this for about 2.5 years. Unnecessarily overpriced and nonsensical items are paid here, which do not exist anywhere else, such as for greenery in garages, where there is no greenery at all, etc. Nobody has an overview of anything, nobody knows each other here, we should all turn to everything and Mr. Peloušek. It is not possible to have a notice board in the house, everything is thrown by the administration anonymously into mailboxes or hidden emails. Strange !! So if I'm wondering why the administration has failed in its duty to all owners to this or that - I don't get any information - emails permanently unanswered or insane. There is no specific answer to a specific question. Many owners feel that THIS IS WRONG, some are not interested at all or do not know what to do with the administrator, this obviously suits the administrator. Those who are interested will be untrue - I have convinced myself several times, Those who are not interested in anything SUITABLE ITSELF. In addition to all this experience, I think it is an overpriced administration that offers nothing to apartment owners for the money they demand of them. I compared with many other BS - prices and services. I came across many cheaper reports, even 50% - I can document, with an offer of faster and better services, and even with decent behavior! In our country, on the other hand, they come up with more and more nonsensical fees for where what, without anyone consulting with the owners about this, what the normal person has no reason to stand for and elsewhere they have fun with it. The system of the managing director + at the same time the chairman of the community AS THE SAME and ONE PERSON is the BIGGEST ERROR that can occur in the house and which is the MOST BENEFICIAL ONLY FOR ONE PARTY, but THE OWNER OWNERS ARE NOT! The only thing that can be advised in such a situation is to choose in the house of the OWN CHAIR from the owners of the apartments, OWN COMMITTEE, who will guarantee BETTER TRANSPARENCY, A MORE RESPONSIBLE ACCESS TO EVERYTHING, AWARENESS, FAST SOLUTION OF SITUATIONS - REPAIRS, ACCIDENTS, ACCIDENTS. .. and thus greater satisfaction of the owners as it should be. Only my opinion based on experience.

We are experiencing a HUGE DISAPPEARANCE with this housing administration. Take care of everything here. Before you vote on something for Mr. Pelousek, pay attention to the context. Don't be cut short by orders that you can only vote for one other owner in a power of attorney, which no longer applies to him. It was our huge mistake when we agreed that Peloušek was the managing director and, on the other hand, he, as the only person, was the committee of owners, who should actually control the housing administration. It's a huge conflict of interest, in which case you're not looking after anything. In case of inadequate increase of payments to the repair fund, compare with other houses or administrations, and do not let his highly exaggerated proposals be forced to your own detriment. If you vote for him at the beginning, everything he will recommend to you, you will not be able to get rid of it. Don't be discouraged by yelling at you from him or Peloušková.

We have equally bad experiences with them and there really is NOTHING TO COST. They don't care about anything. One would have to be blind not to notice that he was just looking for more and more flats to manage (so that they would be giggles), but it was not enough to worry about anything and coughed up everything. New buildings are best for them, where they are sure that they will not have to squeeze for a long time, but the money will flow. Just look at the internet, how many houses does Pelíšek have not only in housing administration, but especially in those where he also works as the "chairman of SVJ" - only these are on the 2nd pages of A4 format, and every judge must admit that such a quantity of houses even with the presidency (which few people care about, because in this case he does what he wants without any further control), even the almighty, let alone he and his pidiamsábl. THAT'S WHY THE RESULTS ARE AS THEY ARE! If I need anything, we'll do our best to help ourselves, because we really won't see anything from "Vrtílky". At most lying or increasing costs. But if Mrs. Dočkalovo ?? such great happiness really met (and it was not just a dream) that it was repaired by the boiler in just 4 days, it must be highly valued, because such miracles can happen in our country, I guess, at most once in the 100s.
