★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Během cesty s rodinou za příbuznými do ČR nám u našeho Mercedesu přestal fungovat stěrač, což je v deštích a sněžení docela problém. Asistenční služba nám doporučila servis VSP Auto. Přesto, že je čas dovolených a že měli mnoho práce, nás tam přijali obratem. Přijímací technik (p. Gregor) byl velmi milý, závadu odhalil a opravil během několika minut. Tímto nám zachránil dovolenou. Jeho přátelský a profesionální přístup mě velmi mile překvapil. Mnohokrát děkujeme!
During the trip with the family to relatives in the Czech Republic, our wiper stopped working for our Mercedes, which is quite a problem in rain and snow. The assistance service recommended the VSP Auto service to us. Despite the time of holidays and the fact that they had a lot of work to do, they accepted us there immediately. The reception technician (Mr. Gregor) was very nice, he detected the defect and corrected it within a few minutes. This saved us a vacation. His friendly and professional approach surprised me very nicely. Thank you so much!

Prostě se nezachoval normálně jak má
Nic jsem nedostal (žádnou odpověď ani konzultací)
Prý: nooo, nemáme místo atd

He just didn't behave normally
I did not receive anything (no response or consultation)
They say: nooo, we don't have a place, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis, výměna předního skla, přední poloosy, manžety, zadní brzdový destičky a já nevím co ještě za téměř 83tisíc Kč a odvezete si auto jako od nějakého garážníka (špinavý, upatlaný, že ani vapka to nevzala na 100%). Díky za spolupráci, příšte jdu jinam (klidně k tomu garážníkovi).
Service, replacement of the windshield, front axles, cuffs, rear brake pads and I do not know what else for almost 83 thousand CZK and you will take the car like a garage (dirty, stuck that not even a lime did not take it 100%). Thanks for the cooperation, next time I'm going somewhere else (feel free to the garage).
