Posláno do VSP Data. Oprava trvala 14 dní místo 30 dní na které je nárok. Telefon byl doručen velmi rychle společností DPD. Bohužel telefon po dalších 4 měsících vykazoval stejné problémy. Opět poslán do VSP Data. Technici se neflákali a ihned po doručení mého tel. do servisu začali makat. Oprava trvala sice o něco déle, ale chápu proč. Byl vyměněn displej a při testech byla zjištěna závada na základové desce, která byla následně také vyměněna. Tento servis mohu jen doporučit. Absolute satisfaction. The display was replaced and during the tests a defect was found on the base plate, which was subsequently also replaced. I can only recommend this service.

Poškrábaný lak rozsekaný chránič háku a nakonec mi ji vrátili bez šroubů řídítek. Na ty jsem čekal další 2 týdny a to co přišlo bylo skutečně smutné. Evidentně použité šrouby s očesaným šestihranem. ještě, že jsem nečekal a koupil si nové. Na záruční opravu dost bída. Pozáruční servis bych tady neřešil ani náhodou.
