★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pri reklamaci uvádějí závadu která nemohla a ani nenastala. Neochota, arogance, jednání zaměstnanců na úrovni rozvojového státu. Klasická odpověď vlhkost, no u nového telefonu s IP 65 a jistotou že ke kontaktu s kapalinou nedošlo. Nedoporučuji, najděte si radši jinou firmu, jen z lidí tahají peníze. S tak neodborným servisem jsem se ještě nesetkal. Jsem nucen se obrátit na zastoupení Samsungu, takto se se zákazníky opravdu nejedná!
 When making a complaint, they state a defect that could not and did not occur. Reluctance, arrogance, employee behavior at the level of the developing country. The classic answer is humidity, but with a new phone with IP 65 and the certainty that there was no contact with the liquid. I do not recommend, find another company, only people withdraw money. I have never encountered such unprofessional service. I am forced to contact a Samsung representative, this is not how customers really deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem mobilní telefon Samsung a po roce a půl se na ním vyskytlo mnoho závad a jedna znich byla chrastění reproduktoru, reklamaci vyřešili opravou. Jenže po týdnu od převzetí reproduktor začal chrastit znovu, zase reklamace a zase oprava. Vyzvedl jsem telefon a doma jsem ho spustil a světe div se reproduktor chrastil dál, takže zase reklamace, ale už s tím že chci vrátit peníze. Po týdnu mi přišla sms, reklamace zamítnuta z důvodu neprojevení závady a ejhle po vyzvednutí zatím reproduktor nechrastí. Takže se mnou vydrbali a opravili to bez toho aby to uvedli do protokolu, aby nemuseli vrátit peníze. Nedoporučuji vůbec něco řešit s touto firmou.
I bought a Samsung mobile phone and after a year and a half there were many defects and one of them was the rattling of the speaker, they solved the complaint by repairing it. But a week after the takeover, the speaker began to rattle again, again complaints and again repairs. I picked up the phone and turned it on at home, and wonder of the world, the speaker kept rattling, so again a complaint, but with the fact that I want to return the money. After a week, I received an SMS, the complaint was rejected due to failure to show a defect, and even after picking it up, the speaker is not rattling yet. So they scrambled with me and fixed it without putting it on the record so they wouldn't have to return the money. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all.

The charge was reasonable and I am fully satisfied with this service. I have had my laptop worked on three times by VSP Date and I have always come away completely satisfied.
