Majitelka velice příjemná. Bohatá snídaně v ceně.
Na pokoji lednička. Zdarma 0.5l vody každý den.
Možno uvařit si kávu, čaj. Všechno je kousek. Večerka 20m.
Jediná nevýhoda je parkování, které není zajištěné ale dá se zaparkovat v blízkém okolí.
 Ideal for sleeping.
Owner very nice. Rich breakfast included.
Fridge in the room. Free 0.5l of water every day.
It is possible to make coffee, tea. Everything is a bit. Convenience store 20m.
The only downside is parking, which is not secured but can be parked nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám plný počet hvězdiček. Krásný velký pokoj s terasou a lednicí. Možnost relaxovat v sauně a relaxační vaně (soukromé, nikdo vás neruší). Velmi příjemná majitelka, s kterou se dá domluvit. Čisté pokoje, bohaté snídaně. Poprvé v Brně a ubytování se nám podařilo vybrat na jedničku.
I'm giving a full star rating. Beautiful large room with terrace and fridge. Possibility to relax in the sauna and relaxing bath (private, no one disturbs you). Very nice owner with whom you can arrange. Clean rooms, rich breakfasts. For the first time in Brno and accommodation we managed to choose one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pokoji je rychlovarná konvice. Na výběr instantní káva 3 v 1 nebo čaj, dále láhev minerální vody vše v ceně ubytování. To z kladného hodnocení je vše. Snídaně se nepodávají, postele laciné a strašně rozvrzané, každý pohyb na postelí je slyšet. Čistota také nic moc, pod postelí prach a přistýlka krátká místy místo matrace bylo pod povlečení jen prkno, opravdu jen nouzovka. Cena vzhledem ke komfortu ubytování mi přišla vysoká.
There is an electric kettle in the room. You can choose from instant coffee 3 in 1 or tea, a bottle of mineral water all included in the price. That's all from a positive evaluation. Breakfast is not served, the beds cheap and terribly laid out, every movement on the bed can be heard. Cleanliness also nothing much, under the bed dust and extra bed short places instead of a mattress was under the sheets only a plank, really just an emergency. The price was high due to the comfort of the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have own parking place, clean room, they accept animals, we were with the dog and a cat, you can make coffee by your own, staff is extremely friendly, prices are not too high, whole place smells very nice.
