★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neochota, nevychovanost, zesměšňování tělesně postižených, to je výdejní místo PROBIT ELEKTRO Česká Třebová.
Deset minut jsem čekal na to, až prodavačka vysvětlí zákaznici, jak se ovládá mobilní telefon. Když jsem poprosil (doslova), jestli by mi mohli zásilku vydat (každý viděl, že jsem o francouzské holi a že se mi tak asi moc dobře nestojí), vedoucí této provozovny pan Skopal mi zvýšeným hlasem před zákazníky sdělil, že přednost mají zákazníci, kteří tam jsou kvůli mobilním telefonům. Pominu to, že před všemi zdůrazňoval mé příjmení a zesměšňoval mne slovy "vy se všude cpete" …
Ostatně o charakteru pana Skopala svědčí i fakt, že se zde níže sám ohodnotil plným počtem hvězd :D).
Běžně si zásilky vyzvedávám na výdejním místě Česká Třebová, Litomyšlská (JK ZOO), kde jsou velmi ochotní a vstřícní i k těžce tělesně postiženým zákazníkům, ale měli dovolenou a zásilka tak byla přesunuta do prodejny PROBIT ELEKTRO. Příště jí raději nechám poslat zpět.

I waited ten minutes for the saleswoman to explain to the customer how to operate the cell phone. When I asked (literally) if they could give me the shipment (everyone saw that I was on a French cane and that I might not like it so well), the manager of this facility, Mr. Skopal, told me in a raised voice over the customers who are there because of cell phones. Apart from the fact that he emphasized my last name before everyone and mocked me with the words "you are everywhere" ...
Indeed, the character of Mr. Skopal is evidenced by the fact that here he himself rated the full number of stars: D).
I usually pick up my shipments at the Česká Třebová, Litomyšlská (JK ZOO) dispensing point, where they are very willing and accommodating even to severely handicapped customers, but they had a vacation and the shipment was moved to the PROBIT ELEKTRO shop. Next time, I'd rather send her back.
