★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi 140 m před dolním ústím Tlakové štoly je nad štolou Vyrovnávací komora a navazující Komora klapek. Vyrovnávací komora je v podstatě asi 40 m hluboká šachta nad štolou. Funguje jako spojitá nádoba s Flájskou přehradou a protože je prakticky ve stejné výšce je v ní asi 30 m vodního sloupce. Tak jsou vyrovnávány tlaky a průtoky vody štolou. Do komory klapek je přístup od ústí štoly na povrch a dále navazuje povrchové tlakové potrubí do vodárny v Meziboří.

It functions as a continuous vessel with the Flájská dam and because it is practically at the same height, it contains about 30 m of water column. This balances the pressures and flows of water through the gallery. There is access to the damper chamber from the mouth of the gallery to the surface and then the surface pressure pipeline connects to the waterworks in Meziboří.
