Jednání majitelů obchodu mě znechutilo natolik, že jsem raději svoji nespokojenost s koupeným produktem ani dál neřešil, abych si nekazil naladu a den. Nedoporučuji v případě, že očekáváte ze strany prodejce nějakou podporu. Very bad attitude to the customer and unwillingness in case of complaint. V	Václav Buben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem si programovací USB kabel ke stanici ICOM IC-F1610. Kabel dorazil a už od pohledu se jednalo o nekvalitní čínský kabel. Kabel po mém celodenním zkoušení nefungoval. Půjčil jsem si od kolegů jejich kabel a ten s mou stanici komunikoval naprosto v pořádku. Zjistil jsem, že správný kabel má uvnitř konektoru pouze dva dráty. Ten který mi zaslali z Milína měl tři. Volal jsem tam a narazil jsem na neskutečně arogantní a odměřené chování. Bylo mi řečeno, že to říká každý zákazník, že ten kabel nefunguje a že normálně funguje. Kabel jsem po dlouhých obstrukcí s odstoupením od smlouvy zaslal zpět. Na peníze jsem čekal 14 dní a musel u toho vyplňovat papíru více, jak na úřadě. Stejnou zkušenost jsem zjistil, že má i více lidí v mém okolí. Nejde o to, že kabel nefunguje, ale o přístup obchodu a konkrétního člověka, který totovyřizuje. Takhle s vámi nejednala ani sestra u doktora v devadesátých letech. Tento obchod z tohoto důvodu nedoporučuji! I bought a programming USB cable for the ICOM IC-F1610 station. The cable arrived and from the point of view it was a low-quality Chinese cable. I found that the correct cable has only two wires inside the connector. The one they sent me from Milín had three. I called there and came across incredibly arrogant and measured behavior. I was told that every customer was saying that the cable was not working and that it was working normally. I sent the cable back after long obstructions with the withdrawal from the contract. I waited 14 days for the money and had to fill out more paper than at the office. I found the same experience that he has more people around me. It's not that the cable doesn't work, it's about the approach of the business and the specific person who handles it. Not even a doctor's nurse treated you like that in the 1990s. I do not recommend this store for this reason!

Zakoupil jsem žárovky které jsem ani nerozbalil, tato firma mně neumožnila podle Zákona o ochraně spotřebitele 634/1992 Sb. § 19 reklamovat zboží. Tudiž bych v tomto případě raději koupil jinde, a nebo podat podnět na ČOI.
