★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tady se porcuje ten pomyslný medvěd pro celý Kraj Vysočina. Ale jako jeho obyvatel si nemyslím že to tam vedou až tak nejhůř. Samozřejmě vyjímka potvrzuje pravidlo
So here imagines the imaginary bear for the whole Vysočina Region. But as a resident, I don't think they're doing it that badly. Of course the exception confirms the rule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krajský úřad - co byste čekali. Kanceláře a úředníky. Ano, je to tak. Já využil službu Czechpoint a byl jsem velice spokojen. Úřednice sice přiznala, že to co potřebuji ještě nedělala, ale zvládla to bez větších zaváhání (předpokládám, že počítačový systém ji vedl jednotlivými kroky). Tak jsem bez fronty a zdarma vše vyřídil.
Regional office - what would you expect. Offices and officials. Yes it's right. I used the Czechpoint service and I was very satisfied. Although the clerk admitted that she hadn't done what I needed yet, she managed it without much hesitation (I assume that the computer system led her through the steps). So I handled everything without a queue and for free.
