I do not recommend. The elevator does not work several times a month, we are currently waiting for service for more than 2 working days.

I have (unfortunately) no personal experience with the company. One tries to reach out to them, and either they do it or don't. So I'm going to look for a company to implement the elevator elsewhere.

Friends please watch out! COMPANY "Výthahy Ostrava s.r.o." NEBRAT !!! They installed ausus elevators at Lumírova 521/24 Ostrava. Every month, someone gets stuck without giving a reason. The elevators are broken several times a month and we rush around with the service service, which has the difficult task of tuning the elevators (I've been working on it for almost a year, I'd say and it's not over). Firefighters go to the rescue regularly, I will know their names in a moment. We've never had a problem with elevators before, but we only have inconveniences since the installation of new ones - supposedly safer. Not to mention how the logic runs are programmed. This is also unmanageable, and you have to press the call buttons repeatedly, even if you press the center of the switch, it sometimes doesn't close the tribute, you save everywhere so that you can make money elsewhere. And the topic of security ??? No way !!! - My kids already have a few bodychecks with doors that have pinned them. Fortunately, nothing worse has ever happened, otherwise I would have done it in court. In other words, the children have precise instructions on how to board so that it does not squeeze and suffocate when the door unexpectedly starts to close, And everyone from the house Lumírova 521/24 is probably waiting for how long the company will repair. Then one day they will be surprised that the warranty period has expired and then we can lament and point to someone who is to blame. Now the elevators are still under warranty, so I would suggest that the company Výtahy Ostrava with a really limited liability kindly dismantles its elevators and takes them to the scrap yard where they belong and nicely returns the money it charges for the waste it installs. Or let him devote himself to something he understands professionally and can handle professionally. It's a mess here! I'm not a critical and bad-minded person, BUT I SAY STOP HERE, NOT like that anymore !! Regards R. Bolibruch

ATTENTION, this company installs non-functional scrap. The elevator car corrodes so that repairs must take place. The wiring has broken down, it must be replaced. Regular breakdowns and rescue of people.
