★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu tuto firmu doporučit. Pořídil jsem boty Mondeox Nitron 79. Boty jsem měl necelých 5 měsíců a došlo k velkému prodření pat u obou bot. Reklamoval jsem a reklamace neuznána. Jistý David Lovecký, který reklamaci vyřizoval místo uznání reklamace, přičemž jsem opravdu nečekal, že budu po 5 měsících používání boty reklamovat, místo toho vymyslel několik výmluv, jak došlo ke zničení bot ze strany zákazníka, než uznání samotné reklamace. Tento přístup bych opravdu nečekal.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this business. I bought Mondeox Nitron 79 shoes. I complained and the claim was not recognized. A certain David Lovecký, who handled the complaint instead of acknowledging the complaint, and I really did not expect me to complain after 5 months of using the shoe, instead devised several excuses as to how the shoe was destroyed by the customer rather than acknowledging the complaint itself. I would not really expect this approach.
