★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přidávám zkušenost z 21.12.2017 krátce po druhé hodině odpolední. Chtěli jsme si nechat vyčistit kabát, sotva jsme kabát vyndali, paní na nás začala ječet, že je kabát od chlupů a čištění bude trvat dvě hodiny a kdo to jako má čistit, kabát jsme vzali a šli pryč. TOHLE OPRAVDU NE. Rada pro další zákazníky, než k nim věci odnesete, tak jej samy řádně očistěte a vyperte, ať s tím pak nemají zaměstnanci, co tam od toho jsou tolik práce. UŽ NIKDY.
I am adding experience from 21.12.2017 shortly after 2 pm. We wanted to have our coat cleaned, as soon as we took the coat off, the lady started yelling at us that the coat was from hair and it would take two hours to clean and who was supposed to clean it, we took the coat and went away. THIS REALLY NOT. Advice for other customers before you take things to them, clean them and wash them yourself, so that they do not have employees, what is there so much work. NEVER.

We were informed that they only do laundry by the piece at 85 crowns/ piece . Really? 85 crowns ( $3.86 US) per piece. Apparently they don't want your business. We could do that at the hotel. Save yourself the walk or cab ride. I'm sorry to say I have yet to find a self-service

Nachdem wir in Marianske Lazne nach einem Waschsalon gesucht hatten, fanden wir dies über Google Maps und machten die ziemlich lange Wanderung mit unserer Wäscherei dort drüben. Wir wurden informiert, dass sie Wäsche nur bei 85 Kronen pro Stück waschen. "Ja wirklich?" 85 Kronen ($ 3.86 US) pro Stück. Anscheinend wollen sie dein Geschäft nicht. Wir könnten das im Hotel machen. Sparen Sie sich die Wanderung oder Taxifahrt. Es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass ich noch einen Waschsalon in Marianske Lazne gefunden habe.
