★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatne služby. Internet má několikrát denně vypadek,dlouhotrvajici potíže. Odpoledne a večer už nefunguje vůbec.o víkendech taky ne. Technická podpora funguje jen po čas otviraci doby. Špatně podávané informace zákazníkovi. Celkově nejhorší poskytovatel s jakým jsem se setkal.
 Very poor service. The Internet is down several times a day, a long-term problem. It doesn't work at all in the afternoon and evening. Not on weekends either. Technical support only works during opening hours. Incorrect information provided to the customer. Overall, the worst provider I've ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza, kvalita připojení je strašná. Jeden den funguje vše jak má a další nejde s internetem spolupracovat. Technici tu byli vyměnili anténu a stále to nejde zajímavé je, že v únoru to šlapalo, jako hodinky.
Horror, the quality of the connection is terrible. One day everything works as it should and the next it is impossible to cooperate with the Internet. The technicians have replaced the antenna here and it's still not interesting that it was pedaling like a watch in February.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatne a pomale. Už néjaky mésic. Připojeni na počitač pomale a to samé mobil. Návštéva co přijela nebyla spikojena a to mésíčné platím dost.
Very bad and slow. It's been a month. Connected to the computer slowly and the same cell phone. The visit that arrived was not satisfied and I pay enough for the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsme dospěli v historii Jeseníků nového rekordu - horší internetové připojení už opravdu být nemůže. Neustále vypadává, není schopný jen ani hodinu plynule, Youtube se seká, seká se načítání stránek pouze s textem, někdy nenajede stránka vůbec. A všechno se dá přežít, ale download 0,10 Mbit/s je na dnešní dobu otřesný. I na Sibiři musí mít lepší internet než tady, no otřes.
So we set a new record in the history of the Jeseníky Mountains - there really can't be a worse internet connection. It is constantly falling out, it is not able to run smoothly for even an hour, Youtube is mowing, loading of pages with only text is mowing, sometimes the page does not find at all. And everything can be survived, but the download of 0.10 Mbit / s is appalling today. Even in Siberia, they must have a better internet than here, but a shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Web4soft nabízí připojení k internetu v Jeseníku a v okolí za rozumnou cenu. Připojení využívám na návštěvě u přítelkyně, je vedeno bezdrátovým spojem, který mívá občas menší či větší výpadky, ale jinak i přítelkyně je relativně spokojená.
Web4soft offers internet connection in Jeseník and the surrounding area for a reasonable price. I use the connection when visiting my girlfriend, it is conducted by a wireless connection, which sometimes has minor or major outages, but otherwise the girlfriend is relatively satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé připojení, adekvátní rychlost. Když už se jednou za dlouhou dobu objeví nějaká potíž, reagují velice rychle a snaží se problém vyřešit. Hlavně oceňuji příjemné a vstřícné vystupování. Doporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobota neděle absolutně bez připojení, člověk se ani nedovola, uvedeno pouze číslo do kanceláře a na technickou podporu žádný kontakt, takže nemáte o víkendu ani šanci zjistit kdy, proč a jak. Služba zákazníkům ??
Saturday sunday absolutely no connection, one did not even call, given only a number to the office and no technical support, so you have no chance at weekends to find out when, why and how. Customer Service ??
