★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost Design Point jsem oslovil s žádostí o tvorbu nových webových stránek pro naši organizaci. Z řady kandidátů jsme ji nakonec vybrali jako nejvhodnější. Nabídli nám rychlé a profesionální řešení a maximální ochotu při spolupráci, často i nad rámec smlouvy. Nyní jsou naše stránky hotově, ohlasy na ně jsou velice kladné, výrazně se zvýšila návštěvnost, lidé na nich najdou vše, co potřebují. S panem Holým jsme stále v kontaktu, když je něco potřeba změnit nebo doplnit. Přestože je firma z Liberce, byl ochoten dorazit i do Prahy, kde jsme spolu mohli probrat vše potřebné a na místě mi rovnou na svém laptopu ukázal, jak budou změny vypadat. Studio Design Point mohu vřele doporučit.
I asked Design Point to create a new website for our organization. In the end, we chose it as the most suitable candidate. They offered us a quick and professional solution and maximum willingness to cooperate, often beyond the contract. Now our website is finished, the feedback is very positive, the traffic has increased significantly, people can find everything they need. We are still in contact with Mr Holý when something needs to be amended or supplemented. Although the company is from Liberec, he was willing to come to Prague, where we could discuss everything needed and on the spot showed me right on his laptop what the changes will look like. I highly recommend Studio Design Point.

Absolutně NEJHORŠÍ zkušenost s touto společností, konkrétně s panem M. Holým. Zaplatili jsme plnou částku, nicméně e-shop není a nebyl!
Pan Holý po nás požadoval zaplacení plné částky i přes to, že to bylo ve sporu se smlouvou a měli jsme zaplatit až po podepsání předávacího protokolu. Ukazoval nám pouze nějakou šablonu a “rozpracovanou” verzi, kterou považoval za hotový e-shop a chtěl zaplatit (v rozporu se smlouvou - měl nám ukázat hotový, fungující e-shop v ostré verzi). Dílo však nemělo způsobilé vlastnosti a charakter, neboť na něm nešlo nakupovat, standardy tvorby e-shopu a aplikací zhotovitele o plné funkčnosti - nenaplněno a mnoho dalších.
Předávací protokol o hotovém e-shopu jsme NIKDY nepodepsali, přesto po nás písemně vyžadoval úhradu plné částky.
Nechali jsme si celou situaci ohodnotit IT specialistou z univerzity v Jindřichově Hradci, který nám jasně sepsal posudek o obrovské nedostatečnosti základních atributů e-shopu. Dále na základě legislativy došlo v mnoha bodech Smlouvy o dílo k jejímu porušení.
Samozřejmě e-shop nikdy nebyl dokončen a my nyní nemáme ani e-shop, ani peníze.
Nyní je vše řešeno soudním jednáním.

ATTENTION!
Absolutely the WORST experience with this company, specifically with Mr. M. Holý. We paid the full amount, however the e-shop is not and was not!
Mr. Holý demanded payment from us in full, despite the fact that it was in dispute with the contract, and we were to pay only after signing the handover protocol. He only showed us a template and an "unfinished" version, which he considered a finished e-shop and wanted to pay (in violation of the contract - he was to show us a finished, functional e-shop in a sharp version). However, the work did not have eligible features and character, as it was not possible to buy, the standards of e-shop creation and the contractor's applications with full functionality - unfulfilled and many others.
We NEVER signed the handover protocol for the finished e-shop, yet he demanded payment of the full amount from us in writing.
We had the whole situation evaluated by an IT specialist from the University of Jindřichův Hradec, who clearly wrote us a report on the huge inadequacy of the basic attributes of the e-shop. Furthermore, on the basis of the legislation, it was violated in many points of the Contract for Work.
Of course, the e-shop was never completed and we now have neither the e-shop nor the money.
Now everything is being resolved by court proceedings.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
