Z eshopů, které využívají výhradně tohoto dopravce, jsem po několika špatných zkušenostech přestal nakupovat. V životě neklapla doprava na první pokus, řidič nebere telefony, nereaguje na sms...a pomoci se člověk nedočká ani na infolince. Každou blbost (převzetí zboží od ehopu, převzetí zboží kurýrek k doručení....) vám pošlou meilem a sms, ale když kurýr odloží bezdůvodně doručení na jiný den, tak o tom vás nikdo neinformuje...a ani na infolince neznají důvod....a toto se mi stalo už několikrát. Přitom konkurenční DPD nebo PPL naprosto bezproblémové, komunikace s kurýry super, není problém po telefonické dohodě mi přivést zásilku místo domů do práce atp. Delivery by WEDO, resp. In-Time, it's absolutely tragic! After several bad experiences, I stopped shopping from e-shops that use this carrier exclusively. In life, traffic hasn't crashed on the first try, the driver doesn't answer phones, doesn't respond to text messages ... and you can't even get help on the infoline. Every nonsense (taking over the goods from the ehop, taking over the goods by courier for delivery ....) will send you by e-mail and sms, but if the courier postpones delivery to another day for no reason, no one will inform you about it ... and they don't know the reason on the infoline. ... and this has happened to me several times. At the same time, competing DPD or PPL is completely problem-free, communication with couriers is great, it is not a problem after a telephone agreement to bring me a shipment instead of home to work, etc.
M	Mushasake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si sluchátka přes tuhle špatnou dopravu. Je to absolutní ztráta času. Kurýr mi napsal zprávu že mezi 14tou až 17tou hodinou balík přijede a večer mi přišel e-mail že jsem objednávku nevyzvedl v 13:47. V objednávce bylo napsáno že nikdo nebyl přítomen i když jsme byli doma... Nechápu co je to za bordel. I ordered headphones through this bad traffic. It is an absolute waste of time. The courier wrote me a message that between 2 pm and 5 pm the package will arrive and in the evening I received an e-mail that I did not pick up the order at 13:47. It was written in the order that no one was present even when we were at home ... I don't understand what a mess this is.
M	Michalobr87 Obt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto dopravu opravdu nemohu doporučit. Zásilku od O2 doručovali tím stylem že přišla zpráva o hodinu déle než volal kurýr. Že za 2 minut přijede. Já byl v práci. Na dohodu že to kurýr dá na vydejnu což sice udělal, ale dal jí na vydejnu v jiném městě. Po urgenci přes email slíbili že to dovezou, ale v ten den přišla jen zpráva ze z technických důvodů nemůžou. Zásilku vrátili zpět odesílatel aniž by mi to předtím řekli. Takže za mě velmi nespolehlivá dopravní firma. I really can't recommend this transport. P	Porsche Turbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkové hodnocení odpovídá kvalitě služeb, které tato firma poskytuje. A je jedno jestli jde o přepravu, nebo o následný zákaznický servis. Oboje tragické. Nebudu se tady rozepisovat z detaily protože by jsem se zase jen znovu nas...l ! Doufám, že trh vyřeší sám a tady ta pseudo-dopravní firma skončí v pekle. The overall rating corresponds to the quality of services provided by this company. And it doesn't matter if it's transport or after-sales customer service. Both tragic. I will not go into details here because I would just find myself again! I hope that the market solves itself and that the pseudo-transport company ends up in hell.

Kurýr Vám zavolá v 8.30 ráno, že má zásilku pro Vás (bez předchozí informace, v kolik cca dorazí), což většinou nejste doma, tak se s ním domluvíte, že Vám tu zásilku znovu přiveze večer, což ale neudělá a telefon nezvedne. Tak mu po víkendu voláte, ale není k dispozici, tak na centrálu a tam Vám řeknou, že neví, jaký kurýr si zásilku převezme (bude to vědět až v 11h) a že Vám přijde email a sms, kde se ale minule žádná časová instrukce neobjevila. Nedoporučuji služby této dopravky a když je někde příště uvidím, vyhnu se i e-shopu. I do not recommend! Od operátora O2 jsem si objednal 15.7.2021 SIM kartu a zaplatil jsem předem. 19.7.2021 Společnost WE\|DO převzala zásilku do přepravy. 20.7.2021 Doručování zásilky. Psal jsem SMS řidiči, že nejsem doma aby to doručoval v pátek 23.7.2021. Za 15. minut mi řidič volal, že je už na cestě. Tak jsem mu řekl, že nejsem doma ať tedy zkusí zazvonit, zda někdo nebude doma. Řidič mi řekl, že když nikdo nebude otevírat, že mi zavolá nazpět. Nikdo již nevolal tak jsem si myslel, že řidič v pořádku na danou adresu doručil zásilku. K večeru jsem se podíval na mobilu kdo zásilku převzal. A zásilku převzal úplně někdo jiný a na jiné adrese. Přepravní společnost WE\|DO nedoručila zásilku na adresu, která byla uvedena na štítku, ale doručila to o dva baráky jinam než měli!! Zřejmě společnost WE\|DO se asi neřídí uvedené přesné adresy na přepravním štítku, když zásilku doručí úplně jinam než mají! TUTO SPOLEČNOST NEDOPORUČUJI!!! No one called anymore, so I thought that the driver had delivered the consignment to the given address in order. In the evening I looked at the mobile phone who took over the shipment. And the shipment was taken over by someone else and at a different address. The transport company WE \| DO did not deliver the consignment to the address indicated on the label, but it delivered it by two barracks differently than they had !! Apparently, WE \| DO probably doesn't follow the exact addresses on the shipping label when it delivers the shipment completely differently than they should! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

Po 3 dnech urgencí na centrále WE DO, kdy mi bylo slibováno, že vše napraví a doručí na uvedenou adresu, arogantní kurýr odvezl zásilku zpět na depo a mě byla zaslána SMS s textem, že zásilka nebyla přijata a vrací ji odesílateli !!! Totální vrchol drzosti a obrovská ostuda firmy WE DO !!! Absolutely awful !!! Delivered to another address !!! After 3 days of urgency at WE DO headquarters, when I was promised that he would fix everything and deliver it to the given address, the arrogant courier took the shipment back to the depot and I was sent an SMS with the text that the shipment was not received and returned it to the sender !!! Total peak of impudence and huge disgrace of the company WE DO !!!
L	Lenka Tilšerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní katastrofa!!! Už minule hrozná zkušenost (nezavolali, pak to doručili jinam než měli) a tentokrát ještě horší. Mám velkou zásilku z lékárny a divím se, že už to je přes týden a stále se mi nikdo neozval. Zjišťuje se, že už to má TÝDEN společnost WE DO a od nich žádná zpráva. Prý mi poslali smsku, žádná nepřišla. Volám jim, prý pošlou novou smsku, opět nic nepřišlo (mezitím mi na mobil průběžně chodí smsky od jiných lidí). Nakonec si to prý můžu vyzvednout na občanku... Takže budu mít po osmi dnech zásilku s lékama a jídlem, kde může bejt cokoli zkažený. A ještě si pro zásilku, která má přes 10 kilo, musím dojet já, místo aby mi to přivezli. Fakt "super" služba:) Nedivím se těm hrozným hodnocením tady, opravdu to odpovídá. Absolute disaster !!! A terrible experience last time (they didn't call, then delivered it differently than they had) and this time even worse. I have a large shipment from the pharmacy and I'm surprised it's been over a week and I still haven't heard from. It is discovered that WE DO has already had a WEEK and no news from them. They say they sent me a text message, none came. I call them, they say they send a new text message, nothing came again (in the meantime, text messages from other people keep coming to my cell phone). In the end, I can pick it up on my ID ... So after eight days, I'll have a shipment of drugs and food where anything can go wrong. And for a shipment that weighs over 10 kilos, I have to drive instead of being brought to me. Really "super" service :) I'm not surprised by the terrible reviews here, it really fits.
