★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávka přes tohoto dopravce je veliká neznámá. 2 dny zpět se omluvili, že nezvládají doručit. Včera přišla zpráva že doručí a nakonec opět omluva. Dnes již nepřišlo vůbec nic... Dovolat se nikam nedá. Nezbývá nic než uklidňovat rozčílenou manželku...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvě zaslané zásilky z Mall obě s velkým slevovým kódem . Zásilky přišli ve dnech kdy se mi to úplně nehodilo. V sobotu ( byla jsem i mimo město) mi přišel e-mail o vypršení uložení za dva dny což je 6.2 tj. Neděle . Prodloužení zásilky jde udělat jen přes telefon nebo e-mail . Hned jsem volala , ale na call centru se pracuje od pondělí do pátku 8-18:00. V pondělí v šest mi přišla další zpráva o vracení zásilek k dodavateli . Opět telefonát opět upozornění na pracovní dobu. Jak se má člověk dovolat a zažádat tedy o prodloužení? Přes vaší společnost jsem do nechávala zasílat věci poprvé a už nikdy více .
