B	Barca M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl to parádní zážitek. Sice jsme kanál nenašli hned ale opravdu to stojí za to. Super příroda a hlavně člověk opravdu žasne nad tím co kdysi lidé dokázali udělat a vlastně to funguje dodnes. Doporučuji opravdu stojí za to. Jde se po tenké zídce takže pokud budete mít sebou děti tak opravdu hlídat. It was a great experience. We didn't find the channel right away, but it's really worth it. Super nature and especially man is really amazing about what people used to be able to do, and in fact it still works today. I recommend really worth it. It's a thin wall, so if you have children with you, it's really babysitting.

Akorát je problém najít parkování a ráda bych po cestě viděla nějakou tabuli, která popíše zajímavosti místa. To jediné mi tam trošku chybělo. Nice place, few tourists, ideal for a short trip. It's just a problem to find parking and I would like to see a board along the way that describes the attractions of the place. That was the only thing I missed a bit.

P	Piotr P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo fajne miejsce. Zwłaszcza na jesienny spacer, bo wtedy wkoło mnóstwo jest kolorowych liści i robi to wrażenie. Trasa na ok 9km. Początek w Żimrovicach, czerwonym szlakiem aż do końca kanału. Z powrotem do połowy trasy tym samym czarwonym, a w okolicy bufetu, gdzie jest piwo i inne napoje, wzdłuż kanału czyli ścieżką nieoznakowaną. Idziemy właściwie ciągle po murze okalającym wodę do ukośnej zielonej metalowej kładki po której przechodzimy i po małej skarpie w górę docieramy do czerwonego szlaku już przy samej szosie. Droga jest bezpieczna przy zachowaniu minimum ostrożności. Kanał jest stosunkowo płytki no ale wiadomo jak to z dziećmi. W Żimrovicach bar z rozsądnymi cenami. A very cool place. Especially for an autumn walk, because then there are a lot of colorful leaves around and it makes an impression. The route is about 9 km. Start in Żimrovice, follow the red trail to the end of the canal. Back to the middle of the route in the same red, and in the vicinity of the buffet, where there is beer and other drinks, along the canal, which is an unmarked path. We actually walk along the wall surrounding the water to the diagonal green metal footbridge over which we go and up a small escarpment we reach the red trail right next to the road. The road is safe with a minimum of caution. The channel is relatively shallow, but you know how it is with children. A bar with reasonable prices in Żimrovice.

Sloužilo ke splavení dřeva do továrny a voda zároveň k výrobě elektrické energie. Splav dlouhý cca 3.6km obsahuje tunely i akvadukty. Za příznivých podmínek zvládli poslat kanálem 1000 až 2000 ks metrových kulatin dřeva zbavených kůry. A fascinating waterworks that the Weisshuhn manufacturer managed to build in a few months at the end of the 19th century. It was used to float wood to the factory and water to produce electricity at the same time. The 3.6 km long raft contains tunnels and aqueducts. Under favorable conditions, they managed to send 1000 to 2000 meters of bark-free wood logs through the canal.
