The extended weekend in the wellness pension Medličky was, as it has been several times, great, without a single mistake. Great and helpful staff, both in the restaurant and the masseuse Lenka, a great pro, I can highly recommend?I had a special wish, a bouquet for my sister's birthday with congratulations, both were fulfilled thanks to Mrs. operating ?In addition, she can arrange summer weather in spring, so there is really nothing to complain about ?I am already looking forward to another visit to this magical place in southern Bohemia ??

Yesterday's lunch with the family was one big disaster. I have been to your meal many times (even various celebrations) and everything was always fine. We will not show you for a long time after yesterday's visit (5.6.2022). I don't blame the staff, it worked fine (until the end). Unfortunately, I don't know what happened, but there was probably an incompetent amateur in the kitchen and I recommend getting rid of him quickly. Unfortunately, you are one team, and if one team member doesn't work, the whole doesn't work. Wait for the soup for over an hour from ordering and get it after a few emergencies, the same about the main course (waiting more than 1.5 hours). You brought the food when we wanted to leave. The food was unflavored (definitely tasted worse than on previous visits) and cold. I don't blame you for making it more expensive (everyone does it nowadays, I understand), but I expect for my money I will get at least the same quality that was in the past. Until something changes in the kitchen, I will not visit your restaurant. I told the waitress that the kitchen was a disaster and I didn't even apologize, just dryly that the problem was somewhere else. No apologies, have a stupid coffee at the expense of the company. You are a middle class restaurant (or at least that's how you look), here if something is wrong you have to face it, in this respect you still have a lot to learn from restaurants in Greece, Italy or Spain. I am not interested in the excuse that it was Sunday and it was almost full, you have to be prepared for that (since it is standard for your lunch on Sunday, therefore the tables are reserved).
