s	sav Engiomel deleted on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice renovation of the villa / garden but the hotel completely fails on service: no daily cleaning of the room (from Sunday to Wednesday), no bed made for 4 days, no garbage taken out (!!!). I guess it is all Do-It-On-Your-Own. Complaining didn't get the room cleaned up either. BIG FAIL
P	Petr Vanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood there for one night, and it was horrible. I have never received meal for dinner, looking like what i received there. That was far from food. My room was in a groundfloor. There was a typical smell like in a taxi car, very intensive, i had opened window all night. Next to my window arrived some "truck" around 3 a.m. and they started to put out some things very loudly. At 6 there was another car - stood there for 20minutes and engine was on all the time. Loud one. Smoke and smell of cigarets was coming to my room in an intensive way too. Maybe bad day, maybe not. But i certainly know - never ever again. Hotel is in nice area, and that villa is lovely. but story is story.
K	Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today but very disappointed. There was only bar waiter to serve all the tables, place looked very chaotic, dirty dishes on the table. When finally got his attention he barked no soup with the menu. Nothing instead, soup from a'la carte, little discount...sure the chef got to be prepared if they do set menu and soup is in the price of it they should have it. No interest from the staff working there. Would not recommend this place.
V	Vassili le Moigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get the basics right before you claim to be a 4* hotel, that is : 1/ clean the rooms on a daily basis, empty the garbage, clean the bathrooms, make sure we don't have to call for toilet paper and make the beds. 2/ serve a descent breakfast please, 3/ have a hotel manager not wearing shorts and tennis shoes. 4/ when a client tells you on the second day that the room wasn't clean and you say it was an oversight, don't say on the 3rd day when again the room wasn't cleaned by 5:30pm it was an oversight and that the cleaning lady just didn't clean it yet. Be serious please. Say you don't have people or that your policy is not to clean the room, but don't claim to be 4* hotel even if the hotel looks good from the outside.
L	Lucia Eichner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious hotel with great atmosphere. The interior is aligned with the history of the villa, on the other hand the spa is very modern. There is plenty of procedures you can choose from. Staff is very kind and professional including maseurs. Food is absolutely delicious. The only opportunity for improvement I can see is breakfast which could be more generous and sweets were from shop and usually not good looking and not tasty. Anyway we definitely plan to come back again.

Was disappointed about the kitchen closing before 20:30 and the bar closing at 21:00 on weekdays, would have expected the bar to be opened until 23:00 at least :/ Didn't understand the weird policy of having to pay on the spot for dinner (instead of writing it to the room's bill) when it's the last night of the stay.. Staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be (:

The food is not only delicious but beautifully set. The hotel and surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, yet within walking distance to the city.
A	Abhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional staff,great services, warm and politely welcoming you during the pandemic situation, they following health and CV 19 protocol perfectly splendid. They offering special menu and drinks for a Christmas which is amazing. The only minus here is the room without telephone in order for us to contacted the receptionist and restaurant down stairs you need to take a bit efforts ;). Ah and they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so make sure you carry your own :)
