★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, usually takes 15-20 mins before waiter notices you, the food is not good at all, prices not great either. Been here again to give this place a second chance and nothing changed.

We were waiting for few minutes until they will stop arguing, when they stopped one of them thrown a question if we want something to drink. when we told that we want to order a meal they ignored us and went out. Finally we left without ordering anything. This is our first shelter with so unpleasant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ crème de la crème of this place is pancake with fruits! Rooms are refreshed. New bathrooms and toilets in rooms. Great breakfast with fruits (which is not so often in Czech). Waterfall is just on the back of building so all night you can hear it :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has amazing position next to the Lane stream (yes, it's still just a stream there). As to accommodation, prices are a bit higher given the quality, but it's usual in the mountains. I think this place is really a bit higher compared to other options nearby. Staff is OK and friendly, just the food could be a bit better. But I believe any negative is at least offset by the location, really no other hotel is in better surrounding. Just it's in the valley - after the wake up already the first steps are having pretty much up ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fresh food. The best that we eat in this area. Amazing fish and chicken with mushed Potatoes :) everything fryed at fresh butter. They dont have polish or english menu but it doesnt matter because everything its so delicious and Waiter is very helpfull and kind :)everything its very chip. You cant psy by card but you can pay in pln or euro. God bless this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stop on the way up to Sněžka. It has authentic atmosphere and traditional food on the menu. We tried garlic soup and it was ok. The service was quite fast and nice.
