★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při opravě okna v koupelně došlo k poškození vany, ze strany zaměstnance však nedošlo k uznání pochybení a nebyla nám uhrazena vzniklá škoda. Okno bylo sice opraveno v pořádku, ale jako velmi špatnou hodnotíme profesionalitu zaměstnance firmy Windoor a jeho postoj k celé situaci.
While the bathroom window was repaired, the bathtub was damaged, but the employee did not acknowledge the mistake and we were not compensated for the damage. The window has been repaired in order, but we rate the professionalism of the Windoor employee and his attitude to the situation as very bad.
