Skrabance boli v rozsahu asi 2 cm stovrcove. A oprava sa tykala iba vonkajsej vrstvy okna - oprava profilu-voskování. A sposob jednania, vystavena faktura, bud zaplatite, alebo kasleme na Vas. H	Honza Prchal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI, to že vám slibují jak se vám někdo ozve a vlastně za více jak měsíc reklamace nevolá nikdo kromě jednoho telefonu kdy vám slečna zavolá, zda se vám někdo ozval řekl jsem že ne, tak se omluvila a tím vlastně snaha firmy končí.Pořád obvoláváte vy, dostanete číslo na člověka co to bude řešit na číslo se nikdy nedovoláte.Po výměně oken máme mokré zdi okolo oken reklamace zamítnuta nedodrží ani 30 dní řešení reklamace, u původních oken problém nebyl nikdy nezatékalo teď vám řeknou, že zatéká panelem a za to oni nemohou, dokud si sám nezavoláte nepošlou ani rozhodnutí o ukončení reklamace, návštěva 2 krát technika, jeden řekne, že to zatmelí z venkovní strany, druhý vám řekne, že vše je v pořádku a ozvou se, nečekaně se nikdo opět neozval tak zavoláte na firmu kde vám řeknou, že hned po návštěvě technika byla reklamace zamítnuta asi to máte luštit z koule kdybych si nezavolal opět já asi se nic nedozvím do teď, kolegyně slečny která vše měla řešit vám řekne že se vám kolegyně ozve protože telefonuje což zase neozve nečekaně, požádal jsem o vyjádření do emailu který dorazil cca po 14 dnech a musíte si o něj zase zavolat.Takže nedoporučuji spolupráci s touto firmou, nechápu proč vám dávají záruku na práci atd.když stejně nic neuznají a vymlouvají se na věci které předtím nebyli.
