Líbí se mě poloha této vilové čtvrti na nábřeží řeky Orlice, pro mnohé oblíbené místo procházek. It's a beautiful villa, it's a wonder today what gems in the past have been built in our city. Mohutná dvoupatrová budova bohatě zdobená ornamentálními sgrafity působí na břehu Orlice majestátně a připomíná historické šlechtické sídlo. Nábřežní fasáda vyniká výrazně předsunutým rizalitem, který je na úrovni střechy zakončen renesančním štítem. Stejný štít architekt použil i na boční fasádě nad předsazeným vstupem s balkónem. Průčelí orientované do zahrady je obohaceno o dřevěnou prosklenou verandu. Dům zakončuje výrazná, mírně předsunutá nárožní věž s vysokou valbovou střechou a s ozdobnými vikýři, ve které je samostatná místnost. Střechy jsou zakončeny množstvím ozdobných kovářských prvků, jako jsou hrotnice věže a korouhvičky. Neo-Renaissance villa built in 1902 according to the design of Václav Rejchl for high school professor Karel Wipler. The massive two-storey building, richly decorated with ornamental sgraffito, looks majestic on the banks of the Orlice and resembles a historic aristocratic residence. The waterfront façade is distinguished by a significantly advanced risalit, which is finished at the roof level with a Renaissance gable. The architect used the same gable on the side facade above the overhanging entrance with a balcony. The facade facing the garden is enriched by a wooden glass porch. The house ends with a distinctive, slightly advanced corner tower with a high hipped roof and decorative dormers, in which there is a separate room. The roofs are finished with a number of decorative blacksmithing elements, such as the center of the tower and the weather vane.

Své jméno dostala podle jejího Majitele profesora Karla Wiplera, což byl významný profesor a jeho učitelská kariéra je spojená právě nejvíce s Hradcem Králové, přispíval do místního tisku a byl i obecním zastupitelem. According to its owner, it was named Professor Karel Wipler, who was an important professor and his teaching career is most closely connected with Hradec Králové, he contributed to the local press and was also a municipal representative.
