★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní nespokojenost spíše s jednáním tohoto obchodu.Poté co dodali chybné zboží, určené pro jiného zákazníka tak následně dodali naší objednávku nedodělanou (respektive chyběli části dodávky). Toho jsme si všimli sice po 13 dnesch ale stále ve lhůtě. S jednatelem firmy jsme se domluvili ná částečné finanční kompenzaci, jelikož jsme již jijich výrobek zabudovali do SDK. Dnes, po 3 týdnech od domluvy mě bylo sděleno, že účetně ani jinak toto nebudou řešit. A prý jim to stojí za tuto a další špatné recenze. Toto je obecně moje 1. špatná recenze na internetu na jakýkoliv obchod. A JSEM ZNAČNĚ NESPOKOJEN S JEDNÁNÍM A NEČESTNOSTÍ TÉTO FIRMY. Bohužel, takto člověk dopadne když věří lidem :(
Absolute dissatisfaction rather with the conduct of this business. After they delivered the faulty goods intended for another customer, they subsequently delivered our order unfinished (respectively parts of the delivery were missing). We noticed that after 13 today, but still in time. We agreed with the company's managing director on partial financial compensation, as we have already built their product into the SDK. Today, 3 weeks after the agreement, I was told that they would not deal with this in any other way. And they say it's worth this and other bad reviews. This is generally my 1st bad review on the internet at any store. AND I AM SIGNIFICANTLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE ACTIVITIES AND DISADVANTAGES OF THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately, this is how you end up believing people :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ objednány jsme měli dřevěné krabičky pro reproduktory do podhledu SDK. Tím že nebyli dodány kompletní krabičky (bohužel ani 1 z 10) tak jsme museli na vlastní náklady vymyslet s sádrokartonářema řešení, které stálo finanční náklady. Bohužel, firma přiznala, že to nedodala, byli jsme domluveni na částečné kompenzaci ale zůstalo pouze u slibů. Dnes potvrdili, že závazek nesplní a ať si to vyložíme jak chceme...UŽ NIKDY VÍCE a pokud budu mít v budoucnu příležitost tak firmu DřevěnáKrabička a pana Bubíka nedoporučím a v tomto negativním duchu ji mile rád odprezentuji
we ordered wooden boxes for speakers in the ceiling SDK. Since the complete boxes were not delivered (unfortunately not even 1 in 10), we had to come up with a solution at the expense of the plasterboarders, which cost the financial costs. Unfortunately, the company admitted that it did not deliver it, we agreed on a partial compensation but it remained only with the promises. Today they confirmed that they will not fulfill their commitment and let us interpret it as we wish ... NEVER AGAIN and if I have the opportunity in the future I will not recommend the company DřevoKrabička and Mr. Bubík and in this negative spirit I am happy to present it
