Through this company, we ordered 16 pieces of wood-plastic fences in the length of 4 meters (price about 12,000). The carrier delivered the order in the evening, so we unpacked until the next day. The boards were not wrapped at all, only loaded on the car and the edges wrapped in foil. In the morning after opening, we found out that the last two boards were scratched so that they could not be used at all. I note that the scratches were on the top under the other boards, making it impossible for the carrier to blame. When we looked at the boards better, there are visible scratches and scratches from the sanding and the color on the sides and on the surface of the board is not the same. We tried to make a complaint, but of course they did not accept the complaint with us, saying that we had to open it in the evening (when it was already dark, so we wouldn't really see it anyway) and write the shortcomings in the delivery note. After this statement, I called the manager for the Czech Republic, who replied that this was still happening to them and that if we wanted to have it right, we should have come for it. To my subsequent question 'why don't they pack better?' he told me that they had the power and that it was not necessary. So I asked if it's worth losing customers like this, because we wanted to make the whole terrace of this product, which would be an order for about 16,000, -, his answer was that he is just an employee and that he follows the rules of superiors. Therefore, I do not recommend the company just because of negotiations with the customer, the inability to pack the order properly before sending and zero claim, if any. I just want to point out that before we ordered, we saw this product with my brother, who has a whole fence out of it and had beautiful boards. A friend makes whole terraces out of boards and what ever happened to us never happened to him. However, they both took from another company. Therefore, if you are considering it, I recommend another manufacturer.
