Kdyz sme ale meli podepsat smlouvu, tak jsme naraz zjistili, ze cena bude skoro 2x vyssi. Bohuzel ani tehdy jsme se nepoucili a smlouvu jsme nakonec podepsali a penize firme poslali. Stavba ma obrovske zpozdeni, pan Soldan si dela co chce, spousta praci je udelana jinak nez mela byt. S penezi se uz pomalu loucime. Jestli neco z pana Soldana dostaneme zpet, tak to bude beh na dlouhou trat pres soudy a policii. Pokud by chtel nekdo byt stejne hloupy jako my, doporucuji si najit i historii firmy improdum. WS construction should do the reconstruction of the house. We received a quotation from them. But when we had to sign a contract, we suddenly found that the price will be nearly 2 times higher. Unfortunately, even then we did not like and we finally signed the contract and sent the company money. The construction has a huge delay, Mr. Soldan did what he wants, a lot of work is done differently than she should be. We are slowly breaking away with money. If we get anything from Mr. Soldan, it will be a long-distance run through the courts and the police. If anyone wants to be as stupid as we do, I recommend finding the history of the company improdum.
J	Jaroslav Soldán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, p.Hojzáku vše máte s 90 % hotové v polovině prosince jsme se domluvili. Dvakrát tak dražší rekonstrukce byla vzhledem k Váším doplněným prácím. Rekonstrukce RD 2.NP kompletní v rozsahu provedení a změn technického otopného systému. Vzhledem k průběhu se budem bavit spíše o vyrovnání komplexně. Máme vše na fotkách a stavebních denících, který jste na kontrole ze stavebím dozorek kontroloval. Mýslím že předchozí stavitel nedokončil ze stejného důvodu. A to o něčem odpovída. Od pronájmu kancelářských prostor až peníze z nedokončených a velmi nekvalitně a neodborně “postavených” staveb. Co mu jde velice dobře je posílání faktur, ale zvednou telefon neumí.
