Mr. Kratochvil did not deliver the ordered trees, does not communicate, does not pick up the mobile phone or respond to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto stejná zkušenost jako má paní Francová. Neprofesionální jednání, nezvedání telefonu, sliby termínů... samozřejmě nedodržené (2 posunutí po půl roce čekání). Pánovi ani není trapně napsat sms, že objednané rostliny doveze druhý den, kdy se ale neozve, nezavolá ani není schopen napsat sms ve smyslu "**** si *****". Jediné štěstí, že nebylo požadováno zaplatit zálohu. Pán asi ví proč. Každopádně ztráta Vašeho času obchodovat s takovou "firmou". Nedoporučuji!
Exactly the same experience as Mrs Franco. Unprofessional negotiations, not answering the phone, promises of deadlines ... of course not fulfilled (2 shifts after half a year of waiting). It is not embarrassing for the Lord to write an SMS that he will deliver the ordered plants the next day, but he will not call, call or be able to write an SMS in the sense of "**** si *****". The only luck was that it was not required to pay a deposit. The Lord probably knows why. Anyway, a waste of your time doing business with such a "company". I do not recommend!
