★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nějaké zboží jsme tu už kupovali a nevím tedy, že by byl problém s reklamací. Jak je uvedeno v hodnocení. Stalo se nám, koupili jsme lednici. Bohužel jsem na ni spěchala, vzala jsem si tedy tu, co byla na prodejně jako poslední kus, který byl vystavený. I přesto, že mi prodejce nabídl, že mi dovezou novou zabalenou. Lednici nám i vynesli, starou odvezli, vše v ceně dopravy. Bohužel jsme ji museli reklamovat, po sepsání protokolu technikem, nám ji okamžitě vyměnili, ochotně, bez zbytečných řečí.

They also brought us the fridge, took the old one away, everything included in the price of transport. Unfortunately, we had to complain about it, after the technician wrote the report, they immediately exchanged it for us, willingly, without unnecessary talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdybych si přečetl recenzi paní Julínkové, mohl jsem si ušetřit zbytečné nervy. Až do úplně normální reklamace probíhalo vše +- standardně... a pak to začalo. Nejdříve dlouhé čekání, jeden vyhýbavý telefon, pak návrh placené opravy za tisícovku u tabletu za necelé tři (prý se na mechanické poškození- v reálu uvolněny konektor micro USB-nevztahuje záruka?!), po logickém odmítnutí příslib telefonu s vedoucím, který se ale nikdy neozve... Po opětovné výzvě k uznání reklamace zaslání neopraveného tabletu. Jsem rovněž zvědavý, co na to ČOI a Sdružení na obranu spotřebitele. Ať už to ale dopadne jakkoliv, jedno vím jistě-tady už si nekoupím přes internet ani Ň až se takto zachová většina potenciálních zákazníků, bude s tímhle obchodem amen... a dobře mu tak.
If I read Mrs. Julínková's review, I could have saved myself unnecessary nerves. Until the completely normal complaint, everything went + - by default ... and then it started. First a long wait, one evasive phone, then a proposal for a paid repair for a thousand for a tablet for less than three (supposedly mechanical damage - in fact released micro USB connector-not covered by the warranty ?!), after a logical rejection of the phone promise with the manager, but will never respond ... After a repeated request to acknowledge a complaint, send an unrepaired tablet. I am also curious what the CTIA and the Consumer Defense Association are up to. But whatever it turns out, I know one thing for sure - I will not buy here over the internet, even when most of the potential customers behave in this way, he will be amen with this business ... and good for him.
