★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pri nákupu přes e_shop nekomunikují a zboží sem se nedočkal. Uřezat a poslat fólii hrozný problém. Už nikdy více!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží přišlo v pořádku, ale kvůli nevyhovující barvě jsem vrátila zpět. Bohužel vůbec nekomunikují - několikrát jsem psala e-mail, pak volala - nakonec na infolince sdělili, že jsem se trefila prý do jejich stěhování, což do jisté míry chápu, ale nemám dosud žádné potvrzení, že se věcí vůbec někdo zabývá, příp. info, kdy dostěhují a kdy to budou řešit. Takže teď nemám ani zboží ani peníze. :-(
The goods arrived in good condition, but due to the unsatisfactory color, I returned them. Unfortunately, they do not communicate at all - I wrote an e-mail several times, then called - in the end they told the infoline that I had hit their move, which I understand to some extent, but I do not yet have any confirmation that someone is dealing with the matter at all, info when they will catch up and when they will solve it. So now I have neither goods nor money. :-(
