Po komunikaci s paní z obchodu jsme měli původní řemínek odeslat a obratem nám paní měla poslat řemínek nový.
To se skutečně stalo a paní odeslala řemínek expresně spolu s kompenzací.
Komunikace byla v tomto případě výborná. Řemínek, který jsme si objednali jsem objednával již na jaře a to v jiné barvě. Opět jsem si ho objednal proto, že jsem s ním byl velice spokojen.
We ordered a watch strap here. However, another size arrived.
After communicating with the lady from the store, we had to send the original strap and the lady should send us a new strap immediately.
That really happened, and the lady sent the strap expressly along with compensation.
The communication was excellent in this case. I ordered the strap we ordered already in the spring in a different color. I ordered it again because I was very happy with it.
