★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi mi vyhovovala možnost zkoušky online z pohodlí domova. Myslím, že během těchto testů je důležité, aby člověk nebyl vyrušován, což by mi v učebně vadilo.
 I was very pleased with the opportunity to test online from the comfort of home. I think during these tests it is important that one is not disturbed, which would bother me in the classroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prostě zablokovali všechny výsledky, když to byl poslední termín, proč to udělali neříká, odpověděli jenom ,že to je “tajná” informace, psala jsem testy scio každý termín během roku , ale nejlepší výsledky oni se rozhodli zablokovat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ačkoliv mi Scio testy daly v on-line verzi docela zabrat a doporučila bych spíše prezenční variantu zkoušky, zákaznická podpora Scio byla vždy připravená a ochotná mi pomoct.
Although the Scio tests gave me a lot of work in the online version and I would rather recommend the full-time variant of the exam, Scio customer support was always ready and willing to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dle mého situace není tak jednoduchá, jak se může na první pohled zdát a zatím jsem se nesetkala s jiným než slušným a přívětivým přístupem. Zákaznická podpora vždy udělala maximum, aby mi vyšla vstříc.
In my situation, it is not as simple as it may seem at first glance, and so far I have not encountered anything other than a decent and friendly approach. Customer support has always done its best to meet my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokud nakupujete, je vše v pořádku. Problém nastane až ve chvíli, kdy potřebujete něco řešit. Setkáte se s arogantním jednáním a absolutní neochotou, aby Scio bylo nějak nápomocné. Jsem velmi nespokojená s přístupem. A jak sleduji recenze, rozhodně nejsem jediná.
As long as you buy, everything is fine. The problem occurs only when you need something to deal with. Meet arrogant behavior and absolute unwillingness to Scio was somehow helpful. I am very dissatisfied with the attitude. And as I watch the reviews, I'm certainly not the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkouška se dá přesunout/zrušit pouze 13 dní před testem. Jestliže onemocníte jako já dva dny před testem, tak máte smůlu. Buď se dostavíte, nebo vám pokus propadá a peníze vám nevrátí. Tak jsem postavená před dilema, zda nakazit zbytek třídy. Obzvlášť po dvou letech s covidem mezi námi je tenhle přístup opravdu absurdní!
The exam can be moved / canceled only 13 days before the test. If you get sick like me two days before the test, you're out of luck. You will either show up or your attempt will fail and your money will not be refunded. So I'm faced with the dilemma of whether to infect the rest of the class. Especially after two years with a covid between us, this approach is really absurd!
